Visual HR Zones not working

I can't get Visual HR Zones field to work properly on my watch. It shows HR zones only when used as single field, but not when I use it on 3/4 fields layout, I get only heart rate displayed. I noticed that of I open the settings of the field in Garmin Express it shows Version 1.1. , while according to the IQ website latest version is 1.7.4, so I presume the app it not updated? How can I force app reinstall?

Updated title and description to match the facts - it did not work on the old watch either. I'm using RunningDF4 by DH Sports now, works perfectly.
