Update can be downloaded through Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile pending rollout.

Changes made from 5.20 to 5.30

Resolved an intermittent issue which could result in the delayed sending of an assistance request message.

Garmin-Brooks Bro... why the rollout for India is so slow? Haven't yet received 5.20 also.

did you try to update the device with the PC and Garmin express ?

yes. Whenever a new update comes, garmin express updates it. For me it still says 5.0 only.

this is not the first time though. Everytime updates in India are delayes somehow.

After update to 5.30 all my health stats unavailable. “Pulse oximeter version mismatch. Update software.”

Tried reset device, sync with garmin express. No joy.

APAC customers are super privileged for Garmin! if you are unlucky, you get update in 30 days after US rollout ... otherwise you get them as early as in 100 days!!! All the best

I'm on Indonesia, I just received SW 5.00 at October, SW 5.00 release date was August, so looks like I received SW 5.30 on January 2021, I have sync my FR245 with Garmin Connect and Garmin Express still no 5.20 and 5.30 update. Please update FR245 on APAC region ASAPGarmin-Brooks

I'm having the same issue, Performance Condition and Vo2Max not working any more.
