Calories Not Showing on CIQ Watch Faces 5.20

We have an update in the pipeline to resolve the issue, more information on the update as it approaches, anticipated timeline of early to mid November pending testing, but we do have an anticipated…

Hey Garmin-Brooks,

i have this issue on my FR245M after I installed firmware 5.20. tried multiple watch faces and all have same issue.

Please let me know if more details are needed.

calories problem solved, but with actiface and smart one watch faces the problem now are the active minutes, shows 0.

To those who are still reporting the issue, if you want to try to fix it now, follow the link I posted to the beta software that we released for testing. Otherwise once it goes live, the update will be pushed to all devices.

Hi, I attached a link to it in this thread. It also appears in the main Forerunner 245 thread.
