I finally find my happiness with 5,09 (12 days autonomy)

The beta 5.09 was excellent.

I decide to stop all future update (sw,gps,capteur,...)

Because everything is perfect with this one.

Specially the battery autonomy.

I'm using it since 12 days with 3 x 1h running with gps.

To success this superb performance. I used a basic garmin screen with:

Meteo/ hour (without sec)/ time to recovery / step / live heart rate.

Classic 'battery drop' is around 0.1 / 0.2 by hour.

With custom watch face I'm around 0.8/1.0.

Very impressed values, i am still running the 5.00 and the battery seems to last less than previous sw. Did you use pulse ox during nights to get these values?

No. pulse Ox during night is off. Because you can not have impact on it. It is good to know your value but after except use your battery...

I also decide to remove BT connexion all the time, except during running our during synchro.

I prefer the have watch that stay between 12/13 days. Than receive all day un useful bip to notify spam...

End of this story.

This night 5.20 was forced on my watch despite I was pretty sure at 80% than update was unactivated on the watch.

Is it a Garmin politic to force update?

Wait and see with this 5,20 but the release note was already totally include in 5,09. Then nothing positive.

I justed hope now, than nothing negative...

You need to install a battery monitor widget.

For information.

I have the same statistic with 5.20 around -0,2%/H. (i think I will keep 11-14 days with a charge)

I feel the gps tracking less precise than before. but it is acceptable
