Hi, I am still on software 5.00
I tried to sync data today through Connect mobile (android) app, but even though my blutooth was turned on, the app was not connecting to the phone (no problems like this ever since 245M came out). I've tried to establish the bluetooth connection by:
1. Resetting the phone
2. Doing a soft reset (Light button) on FR 245M
3. Removing the FR 245M device from Connect app and adding it again
4. Switching off and on the status on the watch "Waiting for phone connection"
No matter what I do, only the first bar of the "completing setup" progress bar gets filled, and nothing happens until failure:
I've connected the FR 245M to my PC and Garmin Express which usually does the sync directly to website, but when i log in to Garmin Connect, there's no data for the past 3 days, no HR / sleep / stress / steps / calories information since last Monday, the last time I had done a sync. So, the watch cannot connect to the android app, but even more curiously, does not seem to sync via Garmin Express for windows either, even though I keep clicking the SYNC button.
