Wifi Sync Causes watch to reboot, dump of error log

I've had this issue for awhile now. Since SW 4.40 release, any time I try to sync via wifi whether it is syncing a run or syncing Spotify playlists the watch searches for wifi network then just hard reboots. I've tried everything here on the forums involving fixing wifi issues including factory reset and restoring a previous version. I came across someone finding their watch error logs and providing them to be parsed. Can anyone at Garmin parse this log to find out what is causing this issue?
