Thanks for the video. Just wondering if there is any capability to alternate between fast intervals in lane 1 and recovery intervals in an outer lane (lane 4, for example) -- there should be a way to set different lanes for the two, since it is generally considered bad form to recover in lane 1 when others are using it for their own workouts.
yeah good point about recovery in outer lane. Short of changing the lap number each time you swop over, I can't see a way to easily do that at present. I should have tested running in a completely different lane to what had set so can't be sure what would happen.
