I am trying to see if there's anyone to make it so it shows 1:04:06 instead of the little timer button. I have heard this is by design but it would be a shame if there's no way to seriously show the full activity timer... so I wouldn't have to keep doing mental math since I'm not using this for running but rather length of matches with 30-45 minute halves.
If I'm understanding correctly, you just want to see full-sized hours? Like this:
I have a Connect IQ data field app that can do this. The downside, as you can see from the screenshot, is that text will be smaller than usual in order to fit in the limited space. On a 4-field layout, you'd probably want to put the timer in either the top field or bottom field.
1) Download AppBuilder 5
2) Use the following settings
Label: Timer
Formula: timer
Format: Time
3) Add AppBuilder 5 to a data page in your activity.
It doesn't support my FR955
