Pausing Training Status

My Forerunner 245 music does not display the new feature to “Pause Training Status” and neither does my Garmin Connect app.

Will I get the updates?? The email I received with the blog post about the new option listed the Forerunner 245 and 245 Music as being compatible with this new feature but, it’s been a week and I still don’t have the updates on the watch and Garmin Connect app.

According to this thread, it should be possible now to do this from your watch, but not the app. Have you received the firmware 5.0 update? If not, suggest connecting your watch to your computer via USB cable and syncing with Garmin Express.

Hi there! My watch ya not received the update and I have plugged my forerunner into Garmin Express however, it says I’m up to date.

What does it say for firmware version on your watch?

I have software version 4.40
