I'm going to start treadmill running soon and also want to start using Zwift. I've read about the Virtual Run profile on my FR245m.
When I run outdoors, I usually connect my old ANT+ chest strap (leftover from a previous FR620), as it gives me running dynamics and HR. My questions now are:
- can I connect an additional foot pod (old-stool ANT+ or BT) to my FR245m?
- should I go for BT or older (cheaper?) ANT+ ... which is better?
- will using a footpod (any) mean I'll get more accuracy in Zwift With regards to distance?
