Garmin Coach Training Plan Long Run, pressed lap on accident

Hi,
today I did my weekly Long Run of ~16km/10miles that is part of my Garmin Coach HM plan. Because it was raining i wore a light rain jacket, which seems to have put pressure on the lap button, it recorded 6 laps.
The long runs is normally split into 3 "laps":
  • Warm-up
  • Run
  • Cool-down
But the lap button presses were about 4km into the Run section, which seems to have ended that and also ended the cooldown. My last lap is now 13km long.
The activity is still "only" on my watch and not synced yet. Is there a way to correct this, so the plan doesn't think I just did 4km instead of 16-ish?
