Weird screen. With square

Help pls. What is happening to my watch? Have any one have same issue? It blacks out after this screen

hi,

just turn off your watch with the light button

you entered a service menu because your down button got also pressed turning on the watch

or your down button got stuck

check the down button

happy & safe sporting

Thank you, same question, great simple result. Happened after updating system to 12.....
