Losing data

This is the second time I’ve lost chunks of data. I didn’t sync my Garmin 245 over the weekend, and when I synced it tonight, I had no data for Saturday or Sunday. I wore the watch both days, and it has plenty of battery power. I tried syncing it from Garmin Connect on my iPhone and also manually from the watch. No luck. I restarted my iPhone. Still no luck. This also happened in June and I lost almost 2 weeks of data. Suggestions? I’m starting to regret upgrading to the 245.
