White/yellow pixelation on top left screen

I am extremely disappointed with garmin. I bought the forerunner 245 in March this year. I love this watch, but after 3 months I have noticed some pixelated lines on the top left side of the screen. They were white/yellow lines (bottom picture). Like many on this forum I have contacted the customer service and without questions they offered me a replacement. I sent them my watch through fedex 2 days delivery. It took them almost 10 days to send me back the replacement unit and cheap garmin sent it through USPS ground which it took another 10 days. All in all I was without watch for three weeks. Now, I have received a replacement unit 3 weeks ago and this morning I got back from a run and the same pixelation appeared on the screen again (top picture)...after 3 weeks.

This is unacceptable for a company like Garmin. They put on the market new watches every 2-3years. It seems like they are not really even trying to fix the issue. All they do is replace the defective units, wait for the customer warranty to expires and drop the ball on the customer. I guess it is cheaper for them to do so, then invest in RnD for the next model, fix some bugs, and leave the customers with the only option of buy a new model or unit.

I am very disappointed in Garmin. This is NOT how you treat customers. I know you guys are used to customers shelling out big bucks with your marine and aviation products, but $300 for a watch for many it is a lot of money.
