Forerunner 245 music activity memory full

Got a pop up on Garmin Express saying that my activity memory is about full and I should delete some older activities. I looked up how to delete older activities and it seems as though it is only possible to do so on a PC with a 245 music. I only have a Mac and it won't recognize my Garmin as a storage devise, so I am unable to follow their listed instructions. Is there any other way to delete older activities via a Mac with a 245 music?

Can't you just delete old activies on the watch directly?

Id like to think so but I tried deleting the history on the watch itself and I believe it only deleted my most recent activity. Didn't free up any memory really

Yeah I've tried that and it seems to only be deleting my most recent activities unfortunately. Maybe I just need to find someone with a PC??

I find it hard to believe. Unless there's something seriously wrong with your watch, "Delete All" should delete all activities from the watch.

Maybe I just need to find someone with a PC??

Or you can look for some MTP software for your mac.

Update: I spoke with Garmin Support and apparently my watch was acting up and not allowing me to see past activities. Only solution was to do a factory reset and seems to be working fine now!
