My FR245 Music disconnects from Spotify, removing all songs

Twice in as many months my FR245 Music has disconnected from Spotify, removing all songs on the watch. How do I stop this? is the watch faulty?

Same issue since updating to 4.40. Has happened the last 3 times I've gone running. Very annoying!

does this happen when you connect to the Garmin Connect app or the desktop application? I also have the problem, but only seems with the desktop app.
