Garmin 245 vibration feature does not work

I recently purchased the Garmin 245 (June 2020), and the watch refuses to vibrate. All vibration alerts are activated. help!

Same thing here. No sign of life even when setting several alarms 5 min apart. Also sound+vibration does not work.

Same thing here too. Bought two days ago. Vibration or sound+vibration doesn't work. No notification during activities or from smartphone.

It is only for version 5.0? Is there a patch to activate it?

Downgrade to 4.40 or 4.87 didn't change anything...

Any idea ? Should I return the watch to the store ?
