My Garmin forerunner 245 is stuck on the saving screen after a run, it also did not record the distance as I went. This has happened multiple times before and I have done a soft reset, (hold light for 15 seconds and then press it for another second). This temporarily fixes it but it still didn’t record the activity and it keeps on happening.
What should I do?
