245 wifi sync suddenly not working

Hi, a few days ago I synced my Garmin watch using my home wifi network, an went for a run. When I came back I tried syncing it again using wifi and it said "Sync Failed".

A few days passed and the issue continues, Bluetooth syncing works great but wifi doesn't (Sync Failed).

There aren't any connection issues, the wifi network connection test work, and the Bluetooth works fine, only thing that is not working is the wifi sync (and I use it a lot).

I tried removing the wifi network and adding it again, still not working (connection is good, sync fails).

I thought that maybe the servers were down, or firmware is out of date, but it doesn't seem to be the issue (4.40).

Does anyone have any tips?

I've had this issue also. I've deleted the Wifi settings on Garmin Express. Set the wifi again. Synced the watch with Garmin Express. Unplugged from computer. Then did a restart of the watch (hold down the light key for 15 seconds). That helped me to get the wifi syncing fixed.
