OnePlus 6T can't connect with forerunner 245 music

Hi all, can't seem to connect my garmin device forerunner 245 music with my OnePlus 6T. Any of you guys encountered this issue and somehow manager to solve it? Appreciate your help on this matter.

I paired my 645 Music instantly but with software upgrades, it stopped all of a sudden which is a pain as now I can't synch via the app and can't update my music!
