Terrible battery life issues have returned

So my 245M battery lasts about a day if I'm lucky. A bit of history here, I bought the watch about a year ago. Straight out of the box the battery life was about the same, so I was going through the process to get it warrantied. Then an update came, and the battery life was perfect -  It would last 5 or so days with a few long runs, maybe a bike ride, heart rate on and some music playing too.

Fast forward to a bout a month ago, I guess it must have been when the last software update came through.. And I'm back to square one, terrible battery life Disappointed. Didn't change any setting, haven't got any apps on the watch bar spotify.

So far I've tried:

Running out of ideas here.. I feel like it must be software as it worked fine for so long, would rather fix the problem than have to warranty the watch. Any other things I should be trying?
