Stable firmware version

Hi, everyone! I got a replacement 245 Music yesterday and it comes with firmware 2.90. The one I previously had was already on 4.40 but as for others, it wasn't great, so I think this is an opportunity for me. I would stay on 2.90 but the constant "permission for calendar" notification is driving me crazy every 20 minutes or so.

So my question is, which would be the best firmware I could upgrade it to? 3.10 or another one? Also, I have never done this with a Garmin watch so if someone could provide a guide to do it, I would sincerely appreciate it.

Thanks!

  • i am using 3.10 and it is perfect. the ohr works great in non activity if you need that. mine came with 4.20 and the latest sensor hub. i just downgraded the ble/ant and firmware. not the sensor hub. the only drawback is that you cannot use the pulse ox widget. you can turn it on for the night and get results in the morning though.

Thank you for replying! That's what I have for GPS, ANT and Sensor Hub

I don't really care about Pulse Ox so that's not a problem. Could you guide me through what I need to do?
