Spotify not working

I have a new FR 245 Music. Spotify was working perfectly yesterday, but stopped working today and would not play any downloaded Spotify content. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still will not download Spotify content.

I am having the same issue with a new FR 245 music. When it did load, it was also *insanely* slow
