Since purchase of the 245, Ive always had pulseox results between 95 and 91. Only once did it ever make it up to 96. Manual readings taken whilst sitting down, not talking about sleep pulseox readings.
So a buddy purchases a vivoactive4 the other day. He shows me his pulseox reading taken manually. It shows 98. We both sit down to perform a comparison of pulseox measurements (He is fitter than me). We take manual readings. His shows 98, mine shows 92. We swap watches, wait a couple of minutes, and perform a manual reading again. His result is 92 wearing my 245 and my result is 98 wearing his vivoactive4, heh :) I felt fitter wearing his watch. This was by no means an extensive testing by a long stretch. Just a one off, but was curiously interesting how the numbers came out.
psst, I like my 245 better than his vivoactive.
