Feature Request: option to use Wrist Heart Rate only on activity

Hello, this feature has already been asked on other forums (235/645),

but still not in 245 series.

Can we have an additional option on Wrist Heart Rate to 'Only on activity' in addition to 'Auto' and 'Off'?

This option when is active it will behave like 'Auto' but only when we are on an activity and the activity is of type that works with Heart Rate

If the watch is on your wrist you won't see it, if not you could just turn the watch off, right?

No, most of the day and to have less battery consumption i want the heart rate off.

The battery consumption from the sensor is quite minimal. Keep in mind you will lose many features with the sensor turned off. It's a safe bet based on your proposal you're not doing multiple activities daily, so why not just turn it off when you don't want it? It takes less than a minute to turn it back on. Surely, you can spare a minute or two daily to do so.

Some times i forget to turn it on before activity.

Initially it wasn't even an option to have HR on while swimming, but they added it in an update. You can turn it on an off because it's not really that reliable. They're more or less saying "we gave you the option but good luck with that" .

There's really not that much to gain from not having hr on all the time.
