Problem connecting headphone to Garmin Forerunner 245 Music

I have a wireless headphone Jabra Elite Active 65t and I can connect to my garmin wtach. However, when I start the train, my headphone disconnects automatically, therefore I can't both train and listen to music at the same time.

I've heard that there is a list of compatible headphones, but I have friends that have other headphones that are not in the list, but still connect normally.
Is it most likely a problem of compatibility or with my watch?

I am having the exact same problem, same watch and same earbuds. Forerunner 245 Music is fussy with the Jabra Elite Active 65t, because I can connect without problems with two other pairs of earbuds, one of which is not even on Garmin's list of compatible headphones.

I have the same issue with these Jabra elite active 65t. Most times doesn't connect during a workout and at rare times I've managed to connect them by removing, repairing etc
