FR 235 Workout doesn't sync

Howdy,

Looking for help on Forerunner 235 and syncing workouts. I've created them, now I can't get them onto the device because when I go to send it to the device nothing is ever listed. This is true even when my Connect dashboard tells me my FR235 is synced.

I've also tried this from my laptop (Surface Pro) opening Garmin Connect in the browser, using the USB connect cable (after downloading Garmin Express for Windows)... neither does this work. I encounter the same problem "no devices listed"

Help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried to sync using Garmin Express?

I have; Garmin Express from PC... which yields the same ‘no devices available’

Then something is wrong with your 235, USB cable, PC, or some combination of those items.

Since this thread is currently on the Mobile iOS forum, I'm moving this to the Forerunner 245 forum (there is no 235 forum), as this does not appear to be a problem specific to the iOS application.

If you can't get any assistance here, suggest contacting Garmin Support.
