Screen issue

Hello everyone,

This morning, what looks like dead pixels appear on the screen of my watch.

I tried to turn it off and on again, but they are still there. In fact they are also when the watch is off. It is really annoying. I have this watch since around a year now.

Any idea ? What could cause this and will it get worse ?

Yes, it's broken. Contact Garmin Support for a replacement.

Low quality components.

Thanks for your answer. This is disappointing. The shape of this glitch changed a little bit, it seems there are more dead pixels now... Garmin Support (at least in France) is currently closed, I will contact them as soon as possible.

This seems to be a common problem in 245s and 645s. Yes it does tend to become larger over time. Speak to Garmin for a replacement.
