No music in Garmin Express

Hi,

 I have previously installed music on my watch without a problem. I can still listen to it but when I launch Garmin Express, sync and go to "Music" it is empty. There is nothing in iTunes library or Forerunner 245 Music. There is a blue bar across the bottom with "Checking..." showing but does not stop. I have software 4.40 and tried reinstalling GE but the problem was still there. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Same issue here, after upgrading to the 4.40 software my music is no longer showing in the watch. I've removed and added in Garmin Express several times and no progress. Funny thing is, if I go through the device files via my computers file explorer I see the Music files present in the watch.

    My issue is slightly different. I can see and play music on the watch but when I want to add more music from iTunes I open GE, sync and go into "Music". In the past the songs in iTunes library and those stored in the watch have appeared but not now.
