Forerunner 245 music no heart rate

The heart rate is not functioning. The logo keep blinking and unable to detect my heart rate.

I've just bought a FR245 and I'm still trying to learn how to use it. But since yesterday I've had the same problem. From time to time, the green LED ligth turns off and there's no HR detection.
