SONY WF-1000XM3 not working with FRM245

Hey guys,

I have this issue with music. My Sony wf-1000xm3 can connect fine but as soon as i go to the activity widget the connection goes crazy, starts cutting out etc. Weirdly if i only connect to one headphone the issue is better.

I have seen a couple of people posting the issue with the sony wf-1000xm3 so was wondering if there is a fix or maybe these headphones just wont work.

    I have the exact same problem with my Sony XB700. Looks like Garmin is completely ignoring this issue. Read multiple threads but they haven't replied anywhere

    still not working even after the latest software update - Garmin customer support sucks!!!!!

    Sony headphones have issues. I bought samsung buds plus, they work well. A small pause every once in a while, but that might be inherit to bluetooth communication between watch and headphones on general? I don't know.

    Same with the WF-XB700.  Won't work for the first 5 minutes of an activity, then starts working.  Sometimes it just cuts out and won't come back.  It always shows connected and the watch is showing that the music is playing.  Sometimes I can hit pause/play and it'll play a few seconds of music.

    This was the entire reason I upgraded to the 245 Music and good earbuds!

    I send a ticket to Sony about WF-XB700 on this a long time ago. I don't think even Garmin or Sony can fix this.

    It does seem like a Garmin issue. I really like the Sony earbuds, but I may have to return them, if the two companies can’t figure it out.

    I've got the same Sony ear buds and I'm having the same issue with the garmin fenix 6s pro, as soon as I start an activity it just cuts out completely. Only just bought this watch and I'm stunned that a watch at this price point is having issues connecting to Sony earphones. Did you get any response in the end?

    The same issue here with Sony WF XB700 + Garmin 6S Pro Disappointed

    Garmin please help with software.

    I have sony wh1000xm3 and it works perfectly fine during activity.

    İ have Sony wf-1000xm3 and am not able top pair it with Vivoactive4. My Garmin watch finds the Headset but fails top pair with it. İs there a solution available

    I returned my Sony earphones as they seem to have connectivity issues with Garmin. I bought Aftershokz and they have worked seamlessly with my fenix 6.
