SONY WF-1000XM3 not working with FRM245

Hey guys,

I have this issue with music. My Sony wf-1000xm3 can connect fine but as soon as i go to the activity widget the connection goes crazy, starts cutting out etc. Weirdly if i only connect to one headphone the issue is better.

I have seen a couple of people posting the issue with the sony wf-1000xm3 so was wondering if there is a fix or maybe these headphones just wont work.

    Same with Sony WF-XB700 when I start an activity the music stop. Good sound from my Garmin (better then from my iPhone) but I don't want to run without music.

    Having the same issues with my Garmin forerunner music 245. When connecting the Sony WF-1000xm3 and just the music is started, the quality is great. But when starting an activity the connection BT goes crazy and become unsuable.

    BTW, same issue with Vivoactive 4.

    Sony wf-1000xm3 is a very popular BT headset, too bad they are unusable with Garmin devices.

    Now after SW 5.0 my Sony WF-XB700 working with my watch.

    Same experience with Sony WF-S800N.
    When I start an activity, it goes all wierd for some time, then it works fine.

    1. Doesn’t work with my Sony WF XB700 either. They work when exercise mode isn’t selected but as soon as I choose any exercise they just go haywire and eventually no music at all even though they are connect. Doesn’t matter how many times I delete and reconnect. My iKanzi wireless headphones work fine in all modes but they just do not sound anywhere near as good. Come on Garmin, get this sorted!!!!

    This sucks. What headphones should I be using with my vivoactive 3 music then?!?!? Is this a Sony or Garmin problem! One of these companies is losing a customer....
