I've been exploring the world of pre-written training plans and was looking at the Garmin ones available that can sync to my watch. I was looking at the Improve your Fitness plans (Lvl 1 & 2) and it seems to me that they are labelled the wrong way around? The training involved in Level 1 is much more involved in terms of duration, frequency and intensity than Level 2. Has anyone noticed or am I missing something here? On all the other plans the duration, frequency etc appears to increase as the level also increases. It's not a big deal but it just threw me a little when trying to work out which plan suits my training the best.
