Problem with start/stop button

I've been buying forerruner 245 music from Garmin Cyprus for a month now. I have a problem with the start / stop button. Does anyone know what I can do please?

If you think that the button is not working properly, then the best solution is to contact garmin support.

You have to grab it enough to press it, it's not like I just bought it
