New Records bug shows miles instead of kilometers

I’ve noticed lately when I get a notification of a new record after a run, it says fastest mile instead of kilometer.
everything is set in metric on my device and on connect, but it doesn’t seem to matter.

when I check the record in connect though, it’s the record for kilometer, and not mile.

this shows the watch is just giving me the wrong name for the right metric.

any way to bug check this? I’m on a 245m with fw 4.20

Try the settings on the Connect Website maybe that helps

Choose Personal Records from the left list and then at the top right choose customise

Not sure if this will help but worth a try

Also have this problem. Everything is setup for metric

This is not a bug. You can chose what records you care about and the watch will report only them.

To tell you the truth, this is for some reason kept as a secret by Garmin. It was told me when I had a similar problem, and before I wrote my previous comment i was trying to find it in GCM but couldn't. Probably S.M.R. is correct and it's only visible in the website.

Thanks for the reply . But can't find any way of adjusting anything where S.M.R suggested. I'll keep looking!

click on any tab except Steps, and you'll have "Customize List", where you can check/uncheck them.
