Please help. When I miss a training  the workout is lost. So I pass it, but I don't like it. Is there a way to pospone a workout?

    On Garmin connect app, find calendar on bottom of screen - find workout you want to,postpone and click the date. Click the workout, then click the three blue dots in upper right corner. You should get the possibility to change the date. Click that and you come back to calendar and the chosen workout is highlighted with blue frame. Choose the new date you want to do it! Confirm the change.

    Does anyone know how to upload a missed workout?
