Sw 4.20 and no GPS signal

Since sw 4.20 update, my device no longer finds gps signal. Does anuone have this problem?

No problems for mine. I've done a couple of tracked runs since the update and the GPS trace looks good.

You could try a hard power off, press and hold the top left-hand button for 10-15 seconds until the watch switches off. Wait 30 seconds and them press the same button to switch back on.

I would be curious what GPS version you have installed, and what CPE message you see when you go into Main Menu > System > About.

I had similar issue when upgraded to 4.10. I had to do reset to make it work.

can anyone tell if there is "the best" gps setting for europe with the 245m? Not happy with glonass i have to say..

Same issue here! OS: 4.20, GPS: 2.80 - Connect IQ says: All apps are up-to-date.

My GPS is synced ~15 minutes after I start an activity (tested run/walk). The hardware is nice, but Connect IQ works like HTML in '90.
What can I do with this? Should I go for a replacement?
