Garmin Coach training plan using treadmill

I am following 10k training plan; I run outdoors, however, I have a trip this week and I don't think I'd run outdoors. Instead, I will use a treadmill to do my workout. Is there a way to achieve this? The solution I have thought of is skipping the workout and then enter results manually. Nevertheless, this solution isn't practical I assume as the plan wouldn't be updated.

Unfortunately, there's no option to edit the workout.

I'd appreciate your help so much.
