timeline data missing

Why timeline data missing. I can’t track steps and heart beat since late Jan

Are you still seeing your activity tracking data on the device itself? If so, do you see this timeline information when viewing your Garmin connect account online?

No I can’t see tracking since 20 Jan. Is it stg to do with GPS?

I have set activity tracking ON already but still can’t track daily steps and heart beat. Is it to do with GPS setting?

I had this problem after the latest firmware update. It was fixed after a couple of watch reboots and syncing using a cable to a pc. To be honest I think the cable sync actually fixed it

I'm having the same problem. It tracks heart rate while I run, but provides no heart rate daily timeline. Please advise
