FR245 not connecting to GC

I have a FR245 and last night I updated it to SW4.00. After the update I restarted the FR and since then it is not connecting to GC. I also restarted my Android phone but to no avail. On the watch it says connected and open app on phone but on the GC it's not connected. Please help to resolve this issue.

I got the same problem after the firmware update. I restarted the watch, phone, sync' is not working. Status remains stuck with "Open App On Phone". I tried to pair the watch again with the phone, sam error as well. Please help!!!!

That might help you @Neeraj not get any reply from Garmin (...) i did a factory reset and that solved my problem.... Drawback: I also all the data stored on my watch (Thank you Garmin for the bad support).
