Hi there I followed the thread from fietsjaak.. it didn't help me.
Also I have read the support page on Garmin Support and followed the steps. So far so good
Still.. I cannot download the playlists/music using spotify.
- The latest version 4.10 is installed on the watch
- I have switched it on and off many times
- I keep syncing it to my phone
- I have test the wifi connection in the IConnect app on my phone.. all good
- It have logged in to my spotify premium account.
- Spotify version installed on the watch is version 1.3.22
- I did plug my watch in right next to the router.. didn't work.
- I tested my wifi download speed and it was 22mbps
I am really sad, I would love to use this watch. But if you guys cannot help me I will have to take it back
