Power off button?

I just upgrade from a much older Garmin Forerunner that had a power button, but I do not see one on the Forerunner 245 Music. Is it no longer necessary to power off a Garmin Forerunner?

Hold down the light button for 15 seconds until it powers off. Same as restarting the device in the manual: Restarting the device

Typically done when screen locks up or some other issue. Normally, not really…

Not necessary to hold power/light button for 15 seconds. After 1 second, a menu appears with the off icon selected. Select it with the upper right button.

It is only necessary if the unit has stopped resonding, in which case the menu will not appear..
