Garmin 245 music not connecting to GPS.

Garmin 245 music is not able to connect to GPS. I connect my Garmin to Garmin express, upload to software version 4.00 (17bdab6) but still not working. What should I do? Is there anyone with the same problem?

You might try resetting the watch to defaults, if you haven't done that already.

Once complete, take it outside with a clear view of the sky in order to facilitate connecting with GPS.
