No Gps acquired

Hello,

I was using a 245 music back in my home country Vietnam for couple of months and it worked smoothly. I'd given it to my bad before I came to Germany.

I just bought another one here with 4.0 software 2 weeks ago. It doesn't acquire Gps at all. I tried to reset, nothing's fixed. Is anyone encountering the same problem or did I get a defective one? I'm so disappointed.

Hope someone could tell I'm missing something here, otherwise I'll have to contact the store and return it. It's gonna be such a painful process since I don't speak German.

I'm facing the same problem on 245 just after I got mine replace due to the dead pixel on my screen.

Haha, actually your problems were exactly like mine. I had had another one which had dead pixel, then replaced with the one with no GPS what so ever.

I received another. It's working. I hope there wouldn't be any problems this time.
