Uploaded one missing run but cannot see it in Connect App on mobile

I start using Forerunner 245 since this July. I had exported all running data from NRC with the an APP called RunGap, upload from Connect website, but only one cannot be found in my Connect app on my phone.

I have successfully uploaded it, I can see this run in web browser in my connect account, but it is not appears in my app on the phone. WHY? How to solve it? Thanks.

  • Make sure you're logged in with the same account on the web site and the mobile app.

    You are right!

    I have login connectus.garmin.cn and connect.garmin.com with same account on computer, both sides are all have the same running records. I was think the first address with .cn should be the China Mainland server. But actually it is not, the correct one is: connect.garmin.cn.
