I could not file the previous 3.10 update files to revert my FR245. Any help?
Download firmware gawisp.com/.../Forerunner245M_352Beta.zip
Unpack.
Rename GUPDATE-310.GCD to GUPDATE.GCD
Connect the clock to the computer.
1) Put the file previously renamed file GUPDATE.GCD in the GARMIN folder on the watch
2) Place files from the unpacked folder
RemoteSW \ Downgrades \ GUP3079-250.GCD RemoteSW \ Downgrades \ GUP3205-360.GCD
To the folder on the watch GARMIN \ RemoteSW \
Disconnect the clock from the computer. Agree to the update.
Disable auto update later in the watch settings. To no longer upgrade to version 3.70 and higher.
