Hr strap adds to optical sensor

When I tried to use the chest strap it adds both numbers and shows double my actual heart rate.

  1. Is there a way to change something? Reset the chest hr... Something?
  2. I already tried turn off the optical sensor but it happens the same

    What numbers are you seeing, and are these recorded to the activity? If so, could you share a public link to an example?

    The 245 is not designed to do this so I don't have an immediate explanation. When you turned the OHR off, did the lights turn off?

    I was experiencing this problem a few months ago and so I just give up using the strap. Today I tested and it was the same but, after reading your message, I turn of the optical to test, the lights was off but hr was still to high...

    Then I turn the optical again on. 

    During activity it was now off and the hr, from the strap, is now on target... 

    Who knows what happened?... ThinkingGrinGrin

    It seems the off and on ohr did some kind of reset.
