cadence issues

I am experiencing issues with my Cadence.
Somehow at certain moments it does not register the cadence correctly. IT appears that only half of my cadance is recorded ?
It appears that it is not constantly "wrong" , but as you can see below, for a great period during the run it was wrong.
And within the run below, I was constantly "running" so its not that I was walking or something.

I have seen similar posts where people were using a metronome. But I don't use that feature.

Does anybody have some tips to resolve this ?

when i spoke to Garmin I said surely you are aware this is bif problem with hundreds of user on the Garmin forums alone?

No, first i've heard of it, so i just said "oh, really, translated then that means we know about it and aint gonna issue a fix....bye.

So fot the running dynamics pod and it is BRILLIANT!

When this forerunner 245 give up, i'm jumping ship somewhere else.

Only reason I keep going for garmin is for the mobile and desktop apps...not for the watch.

I wish i could use a different make of watch and still use garmin connect and express.
