Personal records does not sync

My fr 245 reports fastest 1 km and 1 mile but i can’t see then in connect app or web site. What i saw is just a longest run i did a long time ago (Garmin connect app for iOS). Strange that i can still see those fastest 1 km and 1 mile records on my watch: up>history>records. But can’t see them on connect app or connect web page. Anyone knows how to send them to connect?

I’ve found the solution. I found out that my settings were to show my longest run only. I selected fastest km and miles to be shown then now, i can see them. Surely, it has to be accepted as the fastest…

The records should transfer along with the activity. I don't know if it's still applicable, but in the past records could get lost when some details of the activity (like for example type of run) were edited.

I don’t edit anything in the activity. Records just don’t transfer
