Default sampling for accelerometer on 245M and Garmin foot pod

Hi,

I'm trying to figure how accurate can be the pace based on the accelerometer.

I wander what could be the default sampling for accelerometer and cadence on 245M or Garmin foot pod ?

Is it 1 data per second (1Hz) or more ?
